Summary: Customer is using an internal tool where they export excel file (.xls) from an HTML table. They get an error message "Whoops, it looks like we can't open this type of document" as the Office Editing extension does not support such files by design.

Use case / Motivation:
This feature will allow customers, who are using a third-party website application on Chrome, to be able to view and not have issues exporting .xls files that were exported from any types of structures such as from an HTML file that has column and row contents.
