Sad face icon is not seen when process for new tab in incognito window is ended

Chrome Version: 69.0.3447.0 (Official Build)Revision ec57e30ccad35465163bffcc3860ac8b30a6fb33-refs/branch-heads/3447@{#1}(64 bit)
OS: Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6) 

Pre-condition : Enable 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa' from chrome://flags.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome open new incognito window.
(2) Now open task manager, select the entry for incognito window and click 'End Process'.
(3) Observe the tab strip.

Actual: Sad face icon is not seen when process for new tab in incognito window is ended.
Expected: Sad face icon should be seen when process for new tab in incognito window is ended.

This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-67 build #67.0.3381.0.

Note: The issue is not seen Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) OS.

I see the same behavior on Windows and I'm not sure if this is a bug either way. Let me know if I'm missing anything!
