What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any file(Ex: Download any video)
(2)Now go to Files App  -> Select downloaded video -> Right Click and select 'Get info' option or click on 'Space' Key
(3)Now in General information page -> Press 'Tab' button until focus reaches 'File info' option -> Now press 'Tab' and observe focus traversal is not proper i.e.
a)after pressing tab when focus is on 'File info' -> observe focus is seen missing 
b)Again press 'Tab' -> observe Focus is seen on video and now on another 'Tab' observe focus is again on Video but upto 'Videoseekbar'  edges

Expected: 
a)After Focus is on 'File info' option and on pressing 'Tab' Focus should be seen on video 
b)After Focus is on 'Video' and on pressing 'Tab' Focus should be seen on 'Volume' option and then 'Video seekbar'


Actual: Instead
a)After 'File info' option Focus is seen missing on 'Video' and on again pressing 'Tab' focus is seen
b)After Focus is on 'Video' and on pressing 'Tab' focus is seen again on Video but upto 'Videoseekbar'  edges 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-66
