Print preview page gets closed after clicking on 'Change' button for 'Enable network service' flag.

Chrome Version: 69.0.3447.0 Revision ec57e30ccad35465163bffcc3860ac8b30a6fb33-refs/branch-heads/3447@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(10)

Precondition: Enabled 'Enable network service' flag from chrome://flags

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open NTP and give 'Print' command on page.
(2) Then click on 'Change' button under 'Destination' and observe.

Actual: Print preview page gets closed after clicking on 'Change' button.

Expected: Print preview page should not closed afer clicking on 'Change' button.

Above issue is non-regression issue, seen from M69(#69.0.3441.0)

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
