Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3447.0 (Official Build)Revision ec57e30ccad35465163bffcc3860ac8b30a6fb33-refs/branch-heads/3447@{#1} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Lunch Chrome and navigate to any HTTP/HTTPS page(For Ex: www.fb.com) 2. Open DevTools and navigate to 'Audits' section. 3. Run the audit, click on 'Cancel' button on Auditing overlay and observe. Actual: On clicking 'Cancel' button, Unnecessary “Can only audit HTTP/HTTPS pages…” message appears for HTTP/HTTPS webpages. Expected: On clicking 'Cancel' button, “Can only audit HTTP/HTTPS pages…” message should not appear for HTTP/HTTPS webpages. This is a regression issue, broken in M-63 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 63.0.3207.0 (Revision: 499830) Bad build: 63.0.3208.0 (Revision: 500160) Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results: You are probably looking for a change made after 499992 (known good), but no later than 499993 (first known bad). CHANGELOG URL: The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/bc726f37fe751557cef271e6a3276aea27f8344a..2b61d96e7ce66c12650fd9d7bf83fce4365636c9 Suspecting: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/2b61d96e7ce66c12650fd9d7bf83fce4365636c9 @ phulce: Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner. NOTE: This issue is also reproducible on Stable & Beta build # 67.0.3396.62 and Dev build # 68.0.3440.7 Thank you. |
