Unable to view Linux files

Google Chrome	68.0.3440.4 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
OS: Chrome

Repro steps:
1. Follow update steps here: go/crostini-updates
2. Open Files App
3. Click on Linux files

Expected: Linux files show up
Actual: Error: Unable to view linux files . Error mountin crostini container, error_code 12.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
To fix this, open crosh (Ctrl+Alt+T) and run:
crosh> vmc start termina
(termina) $ lxc config device remove penguin ssh_authorized_keys
(termina) $ exit
crosh> vmc stop termina
