In <div contenteditable>, select a hyperlink and type, only first char is still in link

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click into the text
2. Ctrl+A to select all
3. type "abc"

What is the expected behavior?
"abc" is still in hyperlink

What went wrong?
only "a" is in hyperlink, and "bc" is just plain text

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Tried with Firefox, IE, Edge, all of them are working well.

songthin@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.13.3, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 on the latest Canary 69.0.3446.0 and Stable 67.0.3396.62 by the steps mentioned in the original comment.
Attached is the screen shot for reference.

This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M60 Chrome builds. 
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.

Mark Type:Feature since all browsers behave differently.

- Chrome: First character in link, but others are not. 
- Edge: Make all typed characters in link
- Firefox: No characters in link
