Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: FAIL
Firefox: FAIL
IE/Edge: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the following page https://codepen.io/anon/pen/Gdboby
2. Observe.
What is the expected result?
The third and fourth lines should be the same direction,
as both of them have the content wrapped in an additional box,
and thus neither have "immediate child text" of the flex container
for unicode-bidi purposes.
(The third line's box is just anonymous.)
What happens instead of that?
The third line is rtl, while the fourth line is ltr.
