Failing to generate result_details should turn the step yellow/emit a warning

See bug 848457 and  bug 835346  where result details wasn't being created, which was only discovered when someone tried viewing them.

Preferably we should emit a warning visible from the build page (ie: turn the step yellow) when result details for a test wasn't created.
