Autofill for Lufthansa.com does not work

Issue description

Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win10, MacOS 10.12, etc...)
Tested on Mac OS 10.13.4
Chrome 66.0.3359.181 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to lufthansa.com 
(2) Purchase any flight
(3) Attempt to use autofill for credit card 



What is the expected result?
Credit cards suggestions are shown 

What happens instead?
Nothing is shown 


Had the local team test the top 10 commerce sites in the country (DE).

I see that there are forms in book.lufthansa.com where we detect credit card field type but actual type is almost always unknown_type. 

I think this is because the input field for credit card is split into 4 fields each with maxlength=4

We are detecting multiple fields as credit card and when they are filled, we couldn't detect that the filled type in the 4 inputs are credit card.

Another unrelated observation from my testing it personally - English site don't show profile suggestion but german version do.
