What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable a screen reader (NVDA or Jaws), enable autofill, add an address to chrome://settings/autofill.
(2) Navigate to https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ and click on the first "Name" field at the top of the page.
(3) Press arrow down and enter to select and apply the first suggestion.
(4) Click again on the "Name" field.
(5) Press arrow down continuously until you get to the "Clear form" option.

What is the expected result?

No suggestion is announced before "Clear form".

What happens instead?

It should announce all suggestions that come before "Clear form".
