Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10323.67.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.209 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10323.67.0 (Official Build) stable-channel stumpy Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open dev tools and go to "Network" 2. Help text says "...or Press F5 to record the reload" 3. F5 is binded to the "show open windows" view, thus Network tab and webpage isn't reloaded. What is the expected behavior? Help text should say "press F3 to reload" What went wrong? Help text on Chrome OS incorrectly uses the Windows keybindings. Also on dedicated Chromebooks without an "F3" key, there's a dedicated "reload" key - this is accounted for and displayed correctly on the "Performances" tab. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 65.0.3325.209 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10323.67.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.113
