webcam is showing black video using canvas captureStream

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open this url (https://rationalcoding.github.io/video-stream-merger/) in chrome 67 Version 67.0.3396.62 (Official Build) (64-bit) stable
2.  it showing black videos
3. but it was working on chrome 66 version 
4. and it is working on chrome beta (67.0.3396.62) version

What is the expected behavior?
1. open this URL in chrome 
2. showing webcam videos not black video

What went wrong?
if i use chrome 67.0.3396.62 stable version this show black video
if i use chrome 67.0.3396.62 beta version this video working fine

Unable to reproduce the issue on ubuntu 17.10 using chrome latest stable #67.0.3396.62 and latest chrome version #69.0.3446.0.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. opened this url (https://rationalcoding.github.io/video-stream-merger/) in chrome 67 Version 67.0.3396.62 (Official Build) (64-bit) stable.
2.  The video rendered properly without any issues and did not show black videos.

reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest chrome version #69.0.3446.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

Hi,
thanks for your response. Due to video autoplay policy this code not working so after change in code its working fine in stable and beta version.
