What is the expected behavior?
The line should not increase in width

Working in 66.0.3359.181
Broken at least in 67.0.3396.62 and later (tested in canary 69.0.3446.0)

What went wrong?
The line has "vector-effect: non-scaling-stroke;" which is not respected when scaling parent group element

Scaling the line directly (not the parent group) works
