Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10452.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel eve [Pixelbook] Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect external USB keyboard with numpad 2. In Chrome, observe external numpad works as expected (inputs digits) 3. Install and launch https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.calculator 4. Enter some digits using top keyboard row 5. Observe that external numpad 4/6 navigate left/right, and cannot be used to enter digits. 6. BONUS: Ensure Calc app is currently receiving keyboard input. 7. Randomly bash at high speed on random numpad keys for a couple of seconds 8. If you're lucky (intermittent behaviour) the Android App (Calc in this case) will 'lock up' for ANY keyboard input for a minute or so (mouse input still works) What is the expected behavior? The Numpad on an external keyboard should always output the digits/symbols seen in Chrome to Android Apps. What went wrong? Numpad is not usable in Android Apps on ChromeOS. Using the numpad can cause Android Apps to appear to 'seize' for many seconds. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 10452.96.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 29.0 r0 This isn't consistent across all android apps running on ChromeOS. Many seem to be okay, but many seem to have numpad problems. For weird: Android Telegram app on ChromeOS, in 'Your Phone' dialog, outputs digits when numpad used, but 'locks up' after 2 or 3 digits quickly entered.
