UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a website
2. Look at Taskmanager

What is the expected behavior?
CPU usage should not be that high

What went wrong?
Since the update to Chrome 67 the cpu usage for many sites went up and is constantly at 100%. 
Even some of my extension are constantly at 100% now

I tried the Performance profiling but it was 99% Idle so i cant see where its coming from

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 66
