Chrome Version       : 66.0.3359.181
Repro steps:

1. goto http://xn--franois-xxa.wiki.allmende.io/view/how-to-wiki
2. open devtools -> enable emulation
3. hit "capture full-screen screenshot"

Actual: chrome hangs for ~5 seconds and then nothing happens
Expected: a screenshot is saved.
