uploading files crashes chrome

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Upload files on web application
2. Browser crashes some times
3. It doesnt happen on my coworker's PC which is windows 10

What is the expected behavior?
File should have been uploaded successfully.

What went wrong?
Attached few dmp files from %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\reports

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181  Channel: stable

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome reported version-66.0.3359.181  & latest stable-67.0.3396.62 as per the steps mentioned in C#0.Able to upload upload files in gmail.com,google photos & www.fb.com etc successfully without any issue.

Please check the issue on latest chrome-67.0.3396.62 with clean profile(without any apps and extensions) .If still issue exists please provide us the Web app URL & screencast if possible.
