Issue descriptionVersion 69.0.3445.2 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) Version 68.0.3440.7 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) JAWS Version 2018.1805.33 ILM NVDA version 2018.1.1 Windows version 1709 (OS Build 16299.431) Steps: 1. Launch JAWS. 2. Launch any of above versions of chrome. 3. Press f6 to switch to omnibox, then press tab twice to navigate to extensions toolbar. Expected: JAWS should announce ‘extensions toolbar’, followed by the first item in focus. Actual: JAWS does not announce the title of toolbar. Notes: Reproduces with Canary and Dev Reproduces with JAWS, does not reproduce with NVDA.

Reproduces in Google Chrome OS 69.0.3497.35 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) Firmware Version Google_Lulu.6301.136.57 Either all screen readers should announce extensions toolbar or none should.

The parent of the button has role group with the name "Extensions". This should cause JAWS to speak the name of the group. I'll follow up with them. Note that the keystroke sequence required to focus the extensions toolbar has become quite convoluted. F6 F6 Escape Tab Tab |
