Omnibox single/double click does nothing

OS: mac

Enable all go/pizzafood flags

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to a website, click into omnibox
(2) see raised omnibox state
(3) click on URL

Omnibox feels frozen -- can't single/double/triple click / click and drag

It almost certainly will affect M68 as well. But only if MacViews and the the Material Refresh are activated.

MacViews team is currently working on this.
