As new requests for alerting are coming in, we'd like to be able to alert on unsuffixed rows. The problem is that the pattern

Master/Bot/Suite/* matches all measurements AND their suffixed counterparts. We should come up with a way to indicate that only unsuffixed rows should be matched.

Also wondering if this should wait for the alerting config diagnostic?
