What went wrong?
Need ebuild to deploy firmware for conference cam device Logitech MeetUp to Chromebox. Firmware package includes:
- Video firmware: 1.0.197
- Eeprom firmware: 1.14
- Audio firmware: 2.0.239
- Codec firmware: 8.0.216
- BLE firmware: 1.0.121
Firmware features:
- Enhanced audio experience.
- Expaned the MIC gain range.

Add Logitech MeetUp firmware ebuild.

This CL adds ebuild for MeetUp firmware with Google audio profile.
Video firmware: 1.0.197
Eerpom firmware: 1.14 (Logicool: 2.14)
Audio firmware: 1.0.239 (Logicool: 2.0.239)
Codec firmware: 8.0.216
BLE firmware: 1.0.121

TEST=emerge meetup-firmware and cros deploy meetup-firmware.
