When dragging very narrow tabs in a tabstrip, the tab drag hysteresis, where there's some slop before each tab snaps into a new position on the opposite side of the dragged group, works differently for dragging one versus several tabs. The multi-tab case feels like it's off by some fixed amount in one direction.
This could have something to do with how TabDragController::GetDraggedViewTabStripBounds() only looks at one attached tab instead of all dragged tabs. Or not, I'm not sure.
This becomes egregious in refresh with very narrow tabs.
