"virtual/threaded/animations/responsive/zoom-responsive-translate-animation.html" is flaky

"virtual/threaded/animations/responsive/zoom-responsive-translate-animation.html" is flaky.

The test's been there for a while, though not sure it's been part of the virtual/threaded test suite. The test is flaky on the dashboard for as long as there is data, but the data doesn't go that far back.

Symptom is crash / fail. Flakes seen only on Mac.

I suspect the failure cause for zoom-responsive-translate-animation.html is the same as for zoom-responsive-transform-animation-002.html
