Issue description(From: https://github.com/catapult-project/catapult/issues/4484) In the Pinpoint job: https://pinpoint-dot-chromeperf.appspot.com/job/12d94d42240000 The green and red boxes on the right indicate that sometimes it was able to find the histogram and sometimes it wasn't able to. In both cases, the test itself passed.
