https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/8f1ca78239da860353d43e0866516f3309c25f42 has been reverted later in tot. Besides, it's a ChromeOS feature and is still behind a flag and not enabled yet. So I don't think it's caused by my CL.

It really doesn't look like that bisect reproed the issue. Trying one more bisect on the other bot.
