refactor the code when Chromecast is ready

There are duplicate methods on |CmaBackend| |MediaPipelineBackendManager| and |CmaBackendFactory|. Chromecast internal code depends on them.

Once some work is done within Chromecast, this dependency will be eliminated and the duplicate methods shall be removed.

CmaBackend::GetApplicationSessionId() should be made pure as well.
