What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Users filled out a form using autofill 
2) Focuses on the filled input bar 
3) See "Clear Form" function in the footer

But no existing Histograms/ User-actions to track ClearPreviewedForm & OnSuggestionsChanged 

What is the expected result?
Please add Histograms/ User-actions
