The NoSuccessfullBalancePools alert has been firing for the past
several days, without apparent cause:
  * The cron job ran
  * The logs show successful completion.
  * The logs don't show any errors reported from metrics reporting.
  * The remainder of the inventory run following balancing completed
    successfully.

Also, "Successful" is misspelled in the alert name.
