Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open PDF Form which has checkboxes and/or radio buttons in Chrome browser. 2. Fill the needed checkboxes and/or radio buttons 3. Print the document from Chrome browser What is the expected behavior? To print the PDF form completely What went wrong? Printed document does not have any/some of the checkboxes and/or radio buttons Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.62 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This is known issue that reoccurs at least since 2015. Appearing on various platforms (happens for all our clients) and all suggested Troubleshooting has been done. ONLY happens with chrome, no other browser nor adobe product has this issue.

Hey all, Chiming in from the consumer side. So far we're seeing a couple reports, but no spikes yet. Community thread with two reports from today, includes sample PDF: - https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/K7BOOrE7EQI Listnr: - https://listnr.corp.google.com/report/85473854123 So far, reports are mentioning the behavior in both 66.0.3359.181 and 67.0.3396.62. Per comment #3, this issue is seen on 66.0.3359.181 and 67.0.3396.62 so doesn't look like M67 regression.

The symptoms are similiar to bug 567165 , but without sample PDFs, we cannot be sure if the underlying cause is the same. In the link in comment 3, only the checkboxes do not print.
