eve-paladin - Android failed to boot

Issue description
This slave paladin failed because Android failed to boot
during cheets_StartAndroid.stress:

N.B. This problem occurred in the build immediately after the build
that showed bug 847695 , which had a similar symptom, but on quawks.
I've inspected the logs from the quawks failure, and this. The logs
look different, so I believe that this bug is different.
As with the quawks failure, I'm (temporarily) blaming this on a bug in
ToT. That conclusion is at best poorly justified. If we see this problem
again in some new CQ run, we'll need to look for a bad CL.

This pattern of failure as the linked log (repeated system_server crash) is not observed recently, and Eve-paladin in general looks basically always green https://stainless.corp.google.com/search?view=matrix&row=build&col=board&first_date=2018-06-27&last_date=2018-07-11&test=cheets_StartAndroid&exclude_cts=false&exclude_not_run=false&exclude_non_release=false&exclude_au=true&exclude_acts=true&exclude_retried=true&exclude_non_production=true except for the known/tracked global failures (currently Bug 862415 is the hottest item.) Closing this bug as obsolete. |
