When arrowing through combo boxes with NVDA, it should announce "3 of 5", etc. It works in multiselect listboxes but not comboboxes.

Steps:
1. Load attached test case
2. Try arrowing through 3 cases:
  - Multiselect listbox
  - Combobox collapsed
  - Combobox expanded (F4 to open)

The position should be announced in the combo box.
