Today we pause the video when PIP is left regardless of the origin. We should only do this when the PIP window is closed, not when PIP is left from the API. It would allow a user to smoothly transition from PIP to in-page playback without having to resume playback. Also, web pages may not expect this side effect and they can pause if they want to. It would make us compatible with Safari.
