Triple dot menu- First Item reads 'Focus Debuggee' intead of 'Focus Debugger'

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Develop Console;
2. Select the triple dot menu in the upper right of DevTools window;
3. Look below the first item 'Dock side' and you will see the mispelling

What is the expected behavior?
'Focus Debuggee' to read 'Focus Debugger'

What went wrong?
Typo

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.62  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Debuggee = the target page/frame being debugged, just like callee in JS is the function being called. Not sure it can be rephrased without being overly verbose.
That makes sense- it follows the correct grammar/syntax; I had never come across that terminology before.
