OS: Win10 (not sure about other platforms)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill
(2) Add an addresses
(3) Add a new credit card to gPay with exactly the same billing address as (2)

What is the expected result?

The address should only appear once.

What happens instead?

The address appears twice.
