Site Isolation Issue - history.back() not working when website rendered inside iframe

Issue description

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari: OK
Firefox: OK
Edge: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Website which uses history.back() is put into iframe (no sandbox)
(2) Whenever the history.back() is invoked it doesn't do anything
What is the expected result?
history.back() should show previous page of the website inside iframe
What happens instead?
- nothing happens
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
it works when i opt out from "Site Isolation" using chrome://flags/#site-isolation-trial-opt-out

Thanks for the report! As nasko@ noted, there's a fix for this in today's 69.0.3445.0 Canary, tracked in issue 845923 . We'll look into merging the fix to M67. |
