[Missing Test]: DevTools: Unable to view method in object popover when name is too long

Automated tests for the below commit have been missing.Would it be possible to add test coverage to avoid regressions in future?

Thanks for asking.  However, with our current infrastructure, eventsender is our only way to simulate hovering over elements, and we do not use pixel tests in DevTools to test correct positioning of elements.  I think this low priority regression is reasonable to be without automated tests.  I'm open to new ideas, though.
