Regression : Blur content is seen even for one window in Overview mode |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.203/10452.99.0 Stable-channel Daisy,Kip and Reks OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user -> Open Files App(Before opening download Videos,take screenshots) 2)Now Press 'Overview mode' button -> observe content is seen blur even for one window (Please refer Screenshot) Expected: No blur content should be seen for one window in Overview mode Actual: Instead blur content is seen This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-65 @sammiequon : Please confirm the Issue Note : Issue is also seen on M-67, M-68 and also on M-69

C#2> For multiple windows text is seen blur and even for one window the text is seen blur. Issue worked fine in M-65 Can you please give clarification Thanks..!!

sorry i thought you were talking about the wallpaper blur. what device are those screenshots on? it doesn't appear on my kevin. Also lowering priority and it doesn't seem like a big deal.

i cannot reproduce this on kevin or caroline if it only happens on daisy or another low end device thats fine. It seems like maybe a graphics change to increase the blur when the window scales down. |
