What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now go to 'Audits' section and click on 'Run audits' button.
3. Now press Tab key and observe.
 
Actual: Audit overlay doesnot get closed after pressing Tab key.

Expected: Audit overlay should get closed after pressing Tab key.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 69’ and below is bisect info :
Good build: 69.0.3444.0  (Revision: 562314).
Bad build: 69.0.3445.0 (Revision: 562690).

You are probably looking for a change made after 562527 (known good), but no later than 562528 (first known bad).

CHANGELOG URL:

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
