Pre-condition: Enable flag 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa.'

Test URL: (1) http://finance.sina.com.cn/zt_d/reform/
          (2) https://www.imdb.com

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome, navigate to the any of the above mentioned Test URLs.
(2) Click on the play icon to play any video , now right click on the video to open context menu.
(3) Now hover the mouse up and down over the context menu options for couple of times and then observe the mouse pointer.

Actual Result: Mouse pointer becomes invisible on context menu.
Expected Result: Mouse pointer should be visible context menu.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-68’ and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect,
Good build: 68.0.3431.0(Revision: 558558)
Bad build : 68.0.3432.0(Revision: 558914)

You are probably looking for a change made after 558725 (known good), but no later than 558726 (first known bad).
