Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click on saved password hidden like *******, chose "Inspect"
2. On the source inspect window, replace input type = "password" by "text" (change letter "password" by "text")
3. The password is revealed.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome must encrypt people password.

What went wrong?
Save password in Chrome easily, people can see and change others account easily.
