Misleading error message when attempting to Give Support from a Chrome window that is not signed in

Project Member Reported by ajnolley@chromium.org, May 30 2018

Issue description

I reproed this on a Corp Windows machine.

1)Get Support from a Host
2)Open a Chrome Window from a corp account that was logged in, but is asking for the password to confirm (if you've been logged in for weeks, you are asked for your password after a period of time)
3)Enter the code from the Host
4)On the client, the error message indicates that the wrong code is being entered. But after entering the password, the code can be entered correctly.

Note: I am pretty sure this is not a regression, just have not run into the password prompt before attempting an IT2Me connection before
I will keep trying to repro this on remotedesktop.google.com, but I'm not sure how to trigger a password prompt without letting the time run its course. And if you are logged out completely, chromoting services cannot be accessed until fully logged in.

I think this will be moot with the website since the same credentials are used for displaying the web page and making the connection.
