"Submit to CQ" disappears after replying |

Issue description1. Start with a Gerrit patch that's already been approved (+1 from a valid reviewer / owner), but with a clarifying question 2. Initially, the "Submit to CQ button" is visible 3. Reply to the clarifying question and post it 4. The "Submit to CQ button" disappears 5. Reload the page, it reappears

Issue moved from a project with a different set of status labels. "New" is not a supported status in /p/chromium, so these ended up in a black-hole. |
