As announced at https://public-inbox.org/git/xmqqy3g2flb6.fsf@gitster-ct.c.googlers.com/, Git v2.17.1 fixes an arbitrary code execution bug in "git clone --recurse-submodules", "git submodule update", and related commands.

Please update git in builders (on all platforms).
