Scrim not clickable on NTP after resuming activity |

Issue descriptionRepro: 1) Open NTP 2) Focus omnibox 3) Leave Chrome 4) Reopen Chrome The scrim should still be visible but is not clickable.

This issue is fixed with the refactor patch: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/996383 If this repros in 68, I'll either have to create a different patch to merge back or convince the tpms to let me merge the big refactor. |
