Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Access http://www.456bereastreet.com/lab/html5-input-types 2. Press the Date input type or Time input type 3. Rotate screen What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Because when rotating the screen the previous layout is kept, selecting a date can be impossible for the user. Tested the issue using #66.0.3359.158 on Samsung J7; 7.0.0 as per the steps mentioned in original comment and could not reproduce the issue. Able to use the TimePicker and DatePicker dropdowns on orientation. @Reporter: Could you please help us with Chrome version, OS and details of device for further triaging of the issue? Thanks!!

Hi Sandeep, I saw date/time problems on all devices I could test on. This because Android's DatePicker and TimePicker libraries that Chrome uses are buggy. A few recordings: - Chrome 66 running on Samsung S7 with Android 7.0 - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Jvu_kMvlIzKZl8-zm1jtODD0kg6o-4M4/view?usp=sharing - Chrome 66 running on Huawei 6P with Android 8.0 - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BUcqcmtKtc3fGxHJi5bv2WeF4lASl8Ca/view?usp=sharing - Chrome 66 running on Samsung J3 with Android 5.1.1 - https://drive.google.com/file/d/13mg5PL7lpuLdSkUJTUvx18QwtBANsGhu/view?usp=sharing

Hi Sandeep, I don't think anything changed in this regard between v. 66 and v. 67. Here's a recording from Chrome #67.0.3396.68 running on Moto E4 with Android 7.1.1 - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1L4GOZVbXGOC0eYxrgvBzLTiaTo3f1AaD/view?usp=sharing |
