Issue description

"virtual/service-worker-servicification/external/wpt/service-workers/service-worker/fetch-event.https.html" is flaky.

I couldn't find a culprit, so I'm adding a timeout expectation for the test on Mac.

The test appears to timeout frequently on the mac_chromium_rel_ng trybot. I don't know what the cause of the timeout is but I've added a test expectation for it. Could you PTAL?

I think this is just the same as 847787: flaky time outs.

I should have explained in comment 4 that I made it Available because this virtual test suite is brand new and tracked at blocking bug 846235. I thought the failure was specific to the test suite.
