Printing PDFs to landscape oriented paper broken in Beta

Issue description

Chrome Version: 67.0.3396.56
OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Set default paper size for Microsoft XPS Document Writer to Letter Rotated
(2) Open a PDF (portrait oriented) in Chrome 
(3) Print PDF to Microsoft XPS Document Writer with default paper size.

What is the expected result?
PDF is autorotated to have the same orientation as the page

What happens instead?
PDF gets shrunk and prints in the opposite orientation.

Works correctly in Chrome Stable 66.0.3359.181

Looks like I confused the cloud registered printer with the local printer with the same name. This still works for local printers in Beta and has always been an issue with cloud printers, so closing this.
