What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add a credit card in chrome://settings/autofill
(2) Navigate to https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ and click on the "Credit card number" field in the "Credit Card autofill" section.
(3) Hover the mouse over any icon

What is the expected result?

If a screen reader is installed, it should read the card network (Visa, Mastercard, etc).

What happens instead?

Nothing is read.
