Shows invalid text in history

App Version: 68.0.3440.6 beta
iOS Version: 11.2.6, 11.3.1 11.4 beta 6
Device: iPhone 8, iPhone X, iPad Mini

Precondition:
1. Enable ui-refresh-phase-1 in chrome://flags
2. Sign in to chrome

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome
2. Go to Menu>History

Observed results:
Invalid text (BEGIN_LINKhistory.google.comEND_LINK)  is displayed in history instead of link history.google.com

Expected results:
Should only display a hyperlink history.google.com

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes

Type-bug-regression? No
